Throughout the game, you've probably picked up some Armor Dye from completing side missions, or some of the main story ones.
At this point in the game, it can be rather dautning to know what to do with it, as the game doesn't really give you clear instructions.
So, you're going to want to head over to an Armor Dyer, and once there, you'll be able to purchase new ones for your gear, along with using the ones you've already obtained throughout Forbidden West.
