The new collaboration is going to be a part of the Chapter 2 Season 4 store, as ShiinaBR noted the following.

While we don't know what other Resident Evil Skins are going to be offered within the store, the release of the skins is going to probably aling with the release date of the Resident Evil 4 remake on March 24, 2023.
